    Based on what I seen in Barry's demo I see a tool that look a lot like Keymaster that I supported many years ago. Keymaster was a screen painter tool that allowed data entry operators to build a series of screens to capture data from entry forms. It allowed that to implement process rules without any interaction with programmers or operations personal. I was responsible for west coast support and also developed training materials that were used by our global support and training staff. I have also started and run a help desk software company in the SF Bay area. We built enterprise help desk products for the early novell networks and sold against companies that were much larger than us. I enjoyed listening to our customers and prospects and then building tools, demos and training materials that upset the competative landscape. We applied leverage in both situations that dramatically reduced the customer and prospect work load and that led to us selling more with less effort and having much higher rates of customer success.     Yes, great talking point about training and support. Great tools, make great sales. I know that Keven Z is the man to do it. I am impressed with what he's done so far. Keep up the great work. I'll be out there selling and telling the world about BAM.
