What software do I needed to use of your platform?

Dear support,

I have two questions.

1. to use the WSO of offline marketing materials, what software is needed - photoshop, sumo or some other graphics integration software?

2. How can I use the brick&mortar software program to create websites and mobile apps from scratch?

These are extremely important questions that I need satisfied in order to purchase. If the offer goes down, i would expect to be included in the offering as I am inquiring during the offer period. Can you assure me of that?
