You might want to try setting up the form on a separate html page that you host elsewhere and then iframe it into your mobile website using a generic content item (html).  Just make sure the form is not more than 320px wide.  That is how I am adding appointment scheduling forms etc for my mobile sites.

    Hey guys -

For now we recommend using Wufoo ( https://secure.wufoo.com/signup/1/). You can sign up for a free trial and its very easy to copy and paste the code into your website.

Just create a generic content page and drop in the text by clicking the little HTML icon.

We will be releasing a video on how to do this in the next few days.

Wow just went to WuFoo and was very quickly able to set up a form to collect not only email but comments also. Thanks for the tip. Usually people get rewarded for sharing their emil address but I didn't see anywhere to do that. Maybe redirect to a website with a coupon I think I did see that you could do that in the paid version. Any way thanks a lot for the tip you guts are on the ball. Great Job

Any video on how to make a customized contact forms ? I am really wondering with all the bells and whistles , the contact form to capture clients data (email or phone) was not included in the content. Can't figure out the desired form using Wufoo (I tried) so a video will be helpful.

If contact forms are incorporated here with ease, I say this is a complete system and worth the monthly fee.

    Thanks

    Carlo
