Welcome! Now that your mobile CMS has been handed over to you, please read the following FAQs regarding your new mobile CMS:
Q: I signed up for 100 mobile websites, my CMS says 25 mobile websites only. What's going on?
A: The site limit that you see on your mobile CMS is for the client account called Corporate. Each client account has a limit. This is the number of mobile websites that can be activated on each client account. Your mobile CMS can accommodate 100 active mobile websites, which the limits are set on our control panel.
Q: Where is my desktop website?
A: We do not setup your desktop website because hosting of your domain should be handled on your end. You still have complete control over your own domain name that was used for your mobile CMS. What we do provide is a Wordpress template which can be setup using the instructions on this page.
Q: My site says it is expired.
A: You can activate your mobile website by clicking on the On/Off button. Newly created mobile websites have a trial period and when the trial period is over, it is automatically deactivated. Click on the On/Off button to make the button green, which means the mobile website is activated.
Q: The demo mobile websites go to www.mobidemo.net
A: The mobile website with lists of demo mobile websites is made of External Links. The links go to the original demo mobile websites which are hosted on our own CMS. These demo mobile websites cannot be branded to your own branding due to the fact that your fellow white label clients and our resellers are using them as their sales tool.
Q: Can I customize the field labels on the built-in sign up page of my mobile CMS?
A: No, the field labels are hard coded on the mobile CMS itself. There's no way to customize these.
Q: The Wordpress template is different from http://www.sellmobilewebsites.net
A: The template being demoed on http://www.sellmobilewebsites.net is an old version of the Wordpress template that we provide. The downloadable Wordpress template on our members area is the latest version.
Q: I want automation on client account creation on my mobile CMS every time a new customer/client signs up.
A: Please submit a support ticket regarding this and we can arrange payment processor integration with the mobile CMS.

A: You need to integrate the mobile redirect codes. Instructions can be found on this page. Follow section B.
