What is a User account?
A user account is set up for anyone who wants access to your White Label Mobile CMS. You can provide Administrator accounts to your staff, and you can create regular user accounts for your clients, designers or VA's. A user account can be assigned to one or more Client accounts so that when the user logs in all they see are the sites in the Client accounts that the user has been assigned to.
What is the difference between a User account and a Client account?
A user account is assigned to a person. A client account is assigned to an actual business and acts as a bucket that holds users and mobile sites.
To add a user account, go to
Choose from you client list. Click the name of the client or hit “Manage”
Click the “Add a New User” button on the right.
You will be taken to the "Add a User" page. Enter the full details of the new user.
Keep in mind that the Administrator box should only be checked if you want the user to have access to everything on your White Label Mobile CMS platform including ALL Mobile sites and ALL Administration settings.
Finally, hit Save to create a user account.
Once done, you will be taken back to your Client Management Page.
To send an Activation Email, Activation Link & Reset Password Link, go to Admin Tab
Then to “Users”Tab
The Users Management page lets you see all of your Users details including: Name, Email/Username, Date of Account creation. Here, you can also send Activation Emails, Get Activation Links and Password Reset Links.
This page is just like the clients page but here, you can search for individual users by their Name, Date Added in chronological or reverse chronological order.
New users will need to receive their Activation Link to activate their account. Click on the “Activation Email” button to send them the link.
If a user did not activate his/her account and the activation link expired, then you need to click the “Get Activation Link” button to resend them their activation link. You will get this pop up window.
Copy and paste the code to your email and send the link to the user.
Once done clicking the activation link, the user will be taken to this page to set up their new password.
After the password reset process, your user will be able to login to your White Label Mobile CMS.
In cases where you need to send them the Reset Password link, click “Get Password Link”
