Tony,
Any clients who publish a blog (pretty much everyone these days) has an RSS feed. Simply plug the rss feed address in and your mobile sites content is updated automatically giving your mobile site fresh content for the search spiders to crawl.
In regards to affiliate commissions it depends on how and where you use your affiliate links. RSS is mostly good for SEO and keeping your site filled with dynamic fresh content. If the blogs that are being syndicated have embeded affiliate links and mobile users click on them then there is no reason why you wont get paid commissions the same as if someone clicked on an affiliate link on a desktop website.
