You can also add punches to a specific customer's punch card without scanning the punch card barcode.
1. Login into your MobiPunch account.
2. Select the Loyalty program where you wish to manually add punches.
3. If you know the serial number of the punch card, you may enter it on the Perform Scan field in the Dashboard tab.
4. If you do not know the punch card serial number, proceed to the Customers tab and look for the name of the customer.
5. Once you find the customer's name, click on the pencil icon to edit the customer's details.
6. Specify the number of punches that the customer should have. Then click the Save button.
Once the punch card is updated, the punches on the the card will be updated as soon as the pass app is connected online.
